Ministries Scheduler

The Altar Servers, Eucharistic Ministers, Lectors and Sacristan on Sunday Masses are scheduled by our ministry scheduler. The scheduler needs to be notified of unavailable dates by the 20th of the prior month. Schedules are emailed and copies available in the sacristy by the 3rd week of the previous month.

If a minister is unable to serve at the scheduled time after the monthly schedule is posted, it is his/her responsibility to find a replacement.
