I have been the 4th grade Homeroom Teacher at Assumption School since 2001. I have also taught Latin in grades 5-8. I am proficient in multiple languages, including English, German, French, Latin, as well as Romanian. My interest in foreign languages and reading was fostered by the desire to learn more about other cultures and to acquire a better understanding of all people. I also enjoy teaching math by showing my students how to apply problem solving skills in everyday situations.

In teaching all subjects, I try to inspire my students to develop a positive academic attitude and to encourage them to explore their God-given talents. I firmly believe that a Catholic education offers students a moral foundation and spiritual guidance for life.
